His team are the favourites to win the prestigious NFL championship trophy in the eyes of experts and the Las Vegas bookmakers.
Punters have also been backing the Giants over the Patriots.
It is not the only bet Fiddy, 36, has taken on as he excitedly looks forward to the big game.
The multi-platinum star also seems to have entered into a $5m wager with fellow rapper Birdman, whose real name is Bryan Williams.
It started when he boasted about winning $500,000 after betting his team would beat the San Francisco 49rs.

When someone pointed out his hip hop rival wanted to enter a $5m wager instead, he replied: 'I know what he said fool.'
It is unclear whether they have made the bet official, and Birdman has yet to give a confirmation on the matter.
It is not the first time the hunky rapper has raised eyebrows on Twitter.
Earlier this month he seemed depressed, claiming: 'I don't think I'm gonna live much longer.'
