The loved-up couple got caught up in an amorous display as they played bat and ball together while holidaying in Menorca.
At one point, the Barcelona star seemed so enamoured by his stunning girlfriend, Daniella Semaan, that he grabbed her passionately and tipped her backwards for a Hollywood-style kiss.
Daniella, dressed in a white bikini, gold knit cover-up and black baseball cap, indulged her sportsman lover to a series of intimate kisses and bent over her boyfriend to smooch his upper thigh.
But it would appear the couple's steamy session got a bit too much, as Daniella seemed to almost fall off the lounger at one stage and as his girlfriend tumbled, Fabregas looked like he was crying out in pain.
