Earlier today, Russell and his new love Isabella Brewster looked happy and relaxed as they indulged in a very public PDA over lunch at a Greek restaurant in Los Angeles.

After Isabella appeared to be inspecting something in Russell's eye, the comedian pulled in his girlfriend close for a cheeky embrace.
