Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson rolls back the years with a shot that could have come straight from the 90s TV hit.  

Pammie, 45, swapped her iconic red swimsuit and float for an equally snug-fitting yellow one to dash along the sand — just like she used to do when she starred as a lifeguard alongside David Hasselhoff.
