The 31-year-old Memphis native and Minnesota-born Biel, 30, will reportedly tie the knot in Italy.
The A-list couple sent very vague save-the-date notifications this past spring, and guests -- who were asked to sign confidentiality agreements -- are banned from bringing in cameras or phones.
The former 'NSYNC' frontman and sexy Total Recall star have been together on and off since 2007. Justin has also dated Britney Spears, Alyssa Milano and Cameron Diaz, while Biel was romantically linked to Chris Evans and Derek Jeter.
