Nigerian billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote named Africa’s richest man

Nigerian billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote has once again topped the list of Africa’s 40 richest people. 

Dangote topped the list with a combined networth of $72.9 billion, making an increase of 12 per cent from last year.

GLO Telecommunications C.E.O Mike Adenuga also makes the list ranking at 5th place.

Other Nigerians who make the list include Zenith Bank C.E.O Jim Ovia in 19th place, 61-year-old female oil boss, Folorunsho Alakija and Theophilus Danjuma who both tie in 24th place, Oil and Telecoms businessman Sani Bello in 37th place amongst others .
