The baby wasn't due for another five weeks, but rumours that Kim was ready to go into labour early started to swirl after Kanye cancelled a promotional appearance for his forthcoming album, Yeezus on Friday night to be with heavily pregnant Kim who was feeling a "bit off".
Kanye was reportedly in the delivery room at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the birth.
