The 36-year-old Desperate Housewives star sizzled in the top, which plunged almost down to her navel, with carefully placed material only just stopping the star's top half from being completely visible. Teamed with a pair of simple black trousers, the actress teamed the eye-catching outfit with haird braided to the side and smoky eye make-up.
Eva was joined by her toyboy boyfriend Eduardo Cruz who wore a black hat and white shirt and they looked in good spirits as they left the restaurant together. Eva recently spoke of her joy at being in a relationship with the younger man, brother of actress Penelope, following her divorce from basketball player Tony Parker.
'Love did not work with that person [Tony]. But it can work with another,' she told Vanity Fair. 'The only thing I will say is I was very lucky to find Edu.'
