Willow Smith dyes her hair again! - to neon green

It isn't easy being green...unless you're Willow Smith, that is. 

The 11-year-old pop star has gone through her third hair change in a month by dying her locks neon green.

Will Smith's young daughter posted a series of photos to her Instagram account showing off her new 'do.

In others, she's seen making silly expressions and mugging for the camera.  It was less than a week ago that the aspiring pop singer lightened her locks to a platinum blonde.
