The 32-year-old underwear model was seen sporting a nautical striped bikini as she headed out to sea off the Italian island of Ischia with her boyfriend Thom Evans yesterday.
Kelly showed off her curves in the pale blue and white two-piece which boasted pale pink straps.
The balcony bra top struggled to contain the chest that found her fame while she showed off her shape in a pair of frilly bottoms. Kelly wore her dark locks lose around her shoulders and shielded her eyes from the sun in a pair of dark sunnies.
