Tyra Banks dazzles in a blue cocktail dress

Wearing a slinky blue one-shoulder cocktail dress, the America's Next Top Model host put on a show outside the Landmark Sunshine Cinema while still on the pavement, striking a series of poses.

Tyra completed the look with theatrical blue eyeshadow to match her gown and waves of tousled bed hair, pinned to the side with a loose plait à la Blake Lively from Gossip Girl.
